Fully equipped apartment, with WiFi, cable TV and garage in the same building. Located in Oviedo, next to the new Central Hospital of Asturias and close to all services. A walk from the historic center of Oviedo.
The flat is located in a recently built building. I have tried to equip it to my liking, prioritizing practicality and simplicity.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, one of them with a 1.35 bed (with TV) and the other with 2 0.90 beds. The lockers are empty for you to accommodate your luggage.
It has two complete bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub).
The spacious and comfortable living room has a TV with a 2.1 sound system and Chromecast (to be used with your mobile phone as a smart-TV). The sofa (chaise longue) can also be converted into a double bed (where two other guests can sleep).
The kitchen, fully equipped (kitchen, microwave, washing machine, fridge, TV, dishwasher, etc.) is very spacious, you can use everything you find in it. :)
I will be available at all times through the phone or even in person if necessary. :)

Summary: Marcelo provides a very, very clean and beautifully decorated 2 bedroom apt, with 2 bathrooms, and a parking garage space. He was on site when we arrived from Oviedo airport and helped us to move in, including with our luggage. Great accomodation, nice city views and convenient to highways to tour the surrounding small towns and villages in Asturias. Just across the street is a large indoor mall with many varied shopping opportunities including a very large food, etc. store and numerous cell phone shops, jewelry, etc. Marcelo also plugged us in to a couple lovely local restaurants, one very close to the apt (5 min. walk) that featured the prominent local drink, cidra, which is a lively sparkling cider served in a remarkable and exciting way by waitstaff...you'll be amazed! Good food all around the areas, and Oviedo has a marvelous archaeology museum that is a must visit. Overall a very lovely visit we thought. Thank you Marcelo.
