That of Sablet is held on Friday morning, welcoming a dozen local producers. Pleasant and picturesque wine village, surrounded by ramparts, Sablet languorously extends at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, extraordinary limestone arrows erected in the azure sky and renowned for being a popular walking and climbing site, and the west of the Giant of Provence, the famous Mont Ventoux, whose summit of a lunar whiteness culminates at nearly 2000m of altitude.
