Facilities
The hot tub may not be up to optimum temperature on the first evening of your holiday due to cleaning and water change. Please be aware on your departure day the hot tub will be emptied from 8am.
Security Deposit
Please be aware there is a £250 security deposit to paid on arrival and a £300 security deposit for all female/male bookings under 25 years.

Acommodation Information
Please be aware the reception is at the Evermore site Ashby Woulds Retreat & Spa a little bit further up the road from Ashby Woulds Retreat, please head to reception at this park first to check in. The reception opening hours at Ashby Woulds are 9am-6pm, check-in is between 4pm-6pm. If you arriving later than 5pm please contact the park on 01283 761749 to let them know and to arrange check in details.
Group Bookings/Party Types
Please be aware Ashby Woulds Retreat is a quiet, tranquil park and their aim is for you to have a relaxing break for your wellbeing. No stag or hen parties are permitted at this park. Couples only. Please call Hoseasons to book if you have any queries.
Spa Treatment Offer
For any midweek breaks taken between 1st October – 21st December, guests can receive 2 4 1 on 1 hour massages during your stay. Please contact the park to arrange spa treatments.
