In our Studios, the living, sleeping and cooking areas are combined in one room. Compact and practical, like a small cosy home where you have everything you need.
The 2 Bed Studio Comfort has a living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable double bed and a small seating area.
There is also a Smart TV so you can watch your favourite shows and movies. From the living area you have direct access to the balcony, which faces north.
The bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, a toilet, a washstand, a cupboard and a hairdryer.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: induction hobs, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle and a broom. You also have a complete set of crockery and a fridge-freezer with 145/54 l useful capacity.
Hand dishwashing detergent, tea towels, bin liners and dishwasher tabs & coffee tabs are included in the basic equipment.
On your arrival, the beds are already made up with fresh bed linen, hand and bath towels as well as shampoo and shower gel are provided in the bathroom.
Important info:
Your Studio will not be cleaned during your stay. You can dispose of your waste yourself in the waste room provided at the parking space and the towels can be changed once a week at no extra charge at our reception from 08:00 - 13:00 and 16:00 - 19:00.
On request, this 2 Bed Studio Comfort can be extended to a cosy 4 - 5 Bed Apartment by connecting it with an adjacent 2 - 3 Bed Double Room Standard through a connecting door.

Here you can expect a sunny and quiet panoramic location close to the ski slopes. You can directly access the skiing area Snow Space Salzburg in Ski Amadé and enjoy skiing or snowboarding to the fullest. If there is enough natural snow, you can ski from and to the doorstep.
But also in summer, our location offers numerous opportunities to recharge your batteries in nature or to explore the sports and leisure facilities in our garden. In addition, you can quickly reach many well-known excursion destinations in Salzburger Land by car and discover the beauty of the surroundings.
With us, you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and feel at home in cosy and modern flats. Since we offer non-serviced flats, we don't focus on fancy extras, but simply a place to relax and unwind. We don't want to impose a schedule on you; with us you have the freedom to organise your everyday life according to your wishes.
