We are in the older and more historic part of the city which is absolutely gorgeous. This modern apartment offers a tranquil residential vibe alongside quick, easy access to the downtown areas.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.
➤ Please note that access to mailbox or mailbox key will not be available for bookings that are shorterthan3months.

My home is in an older and more historic part of the city which is absolutely gorgeous. However; as a city Toronto does have its issues, as such we have a food bank that happens to be down the street. I have lived in the property for years and have made the unit itself as safe as possible and assure you there shouldn't be any issues. Unfortunately in big cities, this sometimes comes with this in urban areas!
➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ Our 1BR/1BA Victorian Home | Fast WIFI | Cabbagetown unit is one of Cabbagetown’s older and more historic part of the city which is absolutely gorgeous. I have lived in the property for years and have made the unit itself as safe as possible. I am born and raised here so I know all the good spots like the delicious pancakes, vanilla infused orange juice and freshly brewed coffee, down the street at one of our favorite restaurants so let me know if you need some recommendation.
➤ NOTE: The unit next door to ours does have a cat that comes out into the hallway sometimes. Just an fyi for any pet allergies.
➤ We will need the ID number of the primary guest for requirements to be sent to the city for short-term rental stays.
Please make sure to inform us your check-in time (very important).
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
