Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional PER Pet Cleaning Fee applies :
1-4 Nights : $15 per pet per night
5-29 Nights : $100 per pet
30+ Nights : $200 per pet
There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If discovered afterward, this fee doubles. The property includes an area for walking pets.
We have a Strict No Party Policy. There are Security Cameras at the entrance and Noise detectors in the house. We live right next door, if there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property no refunds. No unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit or pool, $100 fine per guest if discovered.
