Experience the ultimate island getaway with out charming, newly remodeled 3BR/1BA home in Hilo. This bright and airy cottage combines modern convenience with classic Hawaiian style living and is perfect for a group up to 8. Take a breezy 15 walk to the Hilo Bay beach and enjoy world-class cuisine at the Wailoa River State Recreation Area or stroll through the Hilo farmers market. The cottage comes with an in-unit washer and AC as well as dedicated parking space.
PET POLICY: It’s our pleasure to invite your furry friends to stay. We charge $100 fee for the first pet will be added to the reservation cost and $75 for any additional pets and will only allow a maximum of 3 pets only. Typically we do not accept pets over 40 pounds however, some can be approved on a case-by-case basis. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. We will perform a close inspection of furniture and carpets after check-out and apply additional cleaning fees or requests for damage, if necessary. There is a minimum of $25 fee for excessive pet hair clean up. Avoid these costs by managing and cleaning up after your pets. All pet droppings on property and neighborhood must be properly picked up and disposed of to avoid fines.
EARLY CHECK-IN: Feel free to ask and we will accommodate you if we can. Early check-in fee is $50. Accommodation will depend on whether there is another guest checking out the same day, as it takes our staff a full 5 hours to properly clean the property. Please inquire with us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
LATE CHECK-OUT: Feel free to ask as soon as possible and we will accommodate you if we can. If it is less than 24 hours till check-out, which means changing our cleaner’s schedule, there may be an extra $100 fee. Late check-out is 1 pm, with a minimum charge of $50, when available. If you need to check out later than 1 pm, we will need to charge you for an extra night.
NOISE / DISTURBANCE: No parties are allowed on the property. We enforce a strict fee of $1000 for any reported noise or disruption from neighbors. Please, no amplified music outdoors, in respect of neighbors. Indoor music is permitted except during ‘quiet hours’ between 10pm and 8am.
CLEANING / DAMAGES: In the event that excessive cleaning, repair, or replacement is required for amenities, furnishings, or appliances, appropriate fees will be applied.
REPAIRS / ISSUES DURING YOUR STAY: For any urgent repairs needed in or around the property, you will be notified immediately. Our handyman/service company may need access inside the property even if you are not present. Please note this is only for situations that require urgent action to make sure your needs are addressed and resolved immediately.
INVENTORY: Amenities and toiletries are included at the time of check-in, however, this is a one-time stock, and you will need to purchase any additional products needed during your stay.
SMOKING: Smoking or vaping are not allowed inside the house and will result in a fine of $750.
MAIL: Please do not send mail or packages to the property. We recommend a local Amazon locker or PO box for longer stays.
ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS: Guests booking with no reviews, or with negative reviews, will require an additional deposit of $500 which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS: We do not allow additional guests who are not listed on the original reservation to stay overnight in the property. Breaking this rule may result in an automatic cancellation of your booking without refund.
