This Park Square Executive home was just purchased and hasn’t been in the rental market for a few years. It is newly updated including reclining furniture and new top of the line Beautyrest king mattress, bedding, rugs and decor. The Manors South at Westridge is a gated community centrally located to just about anything you want. The amenities of a 5 star hotel or resort, but with the comfort, convenience, and privacy of staying in a high end home for the price of a hotel room. This executive 2100 sq ft single story home has a master suite with king bed, large closet, a luxurious soaking tub to help unwind after a long day as well as a large, stand-up shower and double vanities, ceiling fan and slider doors opening to the pool, spa and large covered lanai with ceiling fan. At the front of the home is a Frozen Princess twin bed room, and a Mickey Mouse bunk bedroom which share a bathroom and both have ceiling fans. Two queen bedrooms, with fans, at the back of the house share a bathroom that also opens to the pool area for easy bathroom access when enjoying the pool/lanai. There is an informal family room and a formal living room both with sliding doors to the pool area and covered lanai for relaxing. All with beautiful views of the Florida sunsets.
After a day at the parks or golf course relax on the covered lanai with a table and plenty of comfy chairs. Jump in the pool and cool off after a long, hot day or relax with a cold drink while soaking in the spa with added bubbler. Adults and kids alike will love the private beautiful true west facing heated pool and spa to enjoy with no rear neighbors as it faces a dry retention pond. The pool area has privacy screen and a hedge between you and the neighbor and the other two sides of the pool enclosure are your house.
There is a 46” Samsung TV in the family room. Everyone can enjoy the free wireless internet or make free phone calls to anywhere in the United States.
The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and everything you would need to prepare full meals for the family. There is a kitchen eating area or have a relaxed meal on the pool deck with the furnished plastic dinnerware. If you like a more formal dining experience, there is a separate large dining room. Or you are just minutes away from many and varied dining choices.
The entire house is tiled or laminate flooring. Great for allergies and canes, walkers, wheelchairs and little ones. One story makes it comfy for everyone. There is also a laundry room with an updated front load washer and dryer. Have a little one? There is a Graco Pack n Play, stroller, & high chair for your use.
I-4 is about 3 miles south and about 3 miles north to 192 or “the strip” leading to Kissimmee and Old Town, fun for all ages. On highway 27 you are central to the entire area and the gated community provides a quiet and more secure place to come home after a day of exploring.
Shopping is as close as Posner Park just 3 miles south. Most amenities you will need can be purchased for $1 at Dollar Tree which is in Posner Park. There are also several outlet malls within 20 miles and you are 15 minutes from the parks and about an hour from the beaches on either coast. Orlando airport is 30 minutes, Sanford airport 60 minutes. Perfect, central location to anything you want to do.
Golf Lovers are also centrally located for a variety of golf courses, including Champions Gate, Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes, Polo Park and many more. Or maybe miniature golfers? Lots of those too.
Community facilities are available in Manors North and include an exercise gym, large pool, playground, and tennis courts. There is an access card required to use these. Entrance into the home is easy with an electronic keypad instead of having to worry about a key. All you need for a wonderful vacation with space for everyone is your family.
