Beautiful three story farmhouse in the heart of the Green Mountains. The perfect spot to relax while watching the sunset over Mt. Mansfield. Or for adventurers - enjoy rock climbing, swimming holes, kayaking, fishing, golfing, mountain biking, skiing & snowboarding - ALL CLOSE BY!
10 min to Lake Elmore/Elmore State Park
25 min to downtown Stowe
40 min to hiking/skiing at Smuggler's Notch & Stowe Mountain Resort.
Breweries & wineries nearby including Rock Art, Lost Nation, Alchemist & Boyden.
Find both indoor and outdoor comfort on our two large outdoor decks, screened in porch and outdoor area with stone fire pit. Open floor plan on the main floor will take you through the farmhouse living room to the kitchen w/ granite tile countertops, center island and coffee bar and around to the dining room with antique wood stove and handcrafted farmhouse table.
Private location (with 10+ acres of woods) and a vast outdoor space for lawn games such as cornhole (provided and located in the garage), BBQs, lounging in a hammock, pitching a tent, enjoying a campfire, relaxing in the hot tub, etc. Paths have been created through the woods for hiking. Property has creeks running throughout, two private natural waterfalls (please ask for directions), and acres of blueberry bushes.
There are 3 private bedrooms and one extra twin bed in the basement - so a total of 9 people can sleep in a bed. Additional guests can use sofas, futons, and air mattresses to sleep (which can be provided). We have two full bathrooms, one has a walk-in shower and the other has a clawfoot tub (no shower). The third bathroom has a sink/toilet, as well as the washer and dryer for laundry. This is our home so our personal property will be in the drawers/closets. There will also be food in the pantry and refrigerator at times.

Please be advised that there are outdoor security cameras in the front and back of the home (the front camera includes a view of the driveway, front entrance, and lawn/the back camera includes a view of the back entrance, hot tub, and entire patio area). These cameras indicate the movement of a person or persons. If you are in violation of the additional number of guests or pet fees you will be charged these fees. If you tamper with the devices you will be charged the entire security deposit amount of $1000 and the police will be called immediately.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: We do have a dog and allow pet friendly accommodations so if you have an allergy this may not be the right place for you! We also have farm animal(s) on the property and may need to stop by during longer stays to feed them/change the water. This will not involve coming inside the home so you will not be disturbed by anyone. If you have any questions about this please feel free to reach out!
